The Towne Law Firm Wellness Initiative: ‘Basket of Benefits’ [VIDEO]

Albany, NY | At TLF, we understand that our employees are our most valuable asset, and we want to support them in achieving their best possible physical and mental health. That’s why we partnered with Dr. Benita Zahn, certified health and well-being coach, to create the best benefit package available to TLF employees.

Our wellness initiatives are designed to help our employees lead healthy, balanced lives both inside and outside of work. One of the highlights of our comprehensive benefit package is our unique ‘basket of benefits’ program. This exclusive initiative goes above and beyond our standard benefits by offering our valued employees an array of additional benefits to select from each year.

These benefits include a range of options to suit each employee’s unique needs and interests. For instance, we offer childcare assistance to help working parents manage the costs of childcare, as well as fitness/gym reimbursement to support employees in staying active and healthy. We also offer vet cost reimbursement to assist with the costs of caring for furry family members, as well as tuition support to encourage ongoing education and personal development.

Our ‘basket of benefits’ program is just one of the many ways we support our employees’ health and well-being. We also offer mental health resources, including an employee assistance program, as well as wellness programs and activities, such as yoga and meditation classes.
