Christine Taylor, a Partner of the firm, focuses her practice in the areas of Hospitality Law, Business Law, Labor and Employment Law, Real Estate Law, Administrative Law, Estate Law and Litigation. Ms. Taylors works with a vast array of the firm’s business clients across a variety of industries including outdoor hospitality, automotive, and municipal.

Douglas Goldman, a Partner of the firm, focuses his practice in the areas of Immigration and Naturalization Law. With over 25 years of experience in the field of immigration, Mr. Goldman represents employers and individuals in navigating this complex area of law.

Shalini Natesan, a Partner of the firm, focuses her practice in the areas of Business Law, Hospitality Law, Municipal Law, Real Estate Law and Tax Law. Ms. Natesan is equipped with over 10 years of experience in Corporate Law and has handled business matters, such as change of ownership, buy-sell agreements, drafting the necessary documents for all business and corporate formations and transactions, while also creating subsidiary entities to handle specific areas of businesses throughout New York State and the Northeast.

Lawyers of Distinction Members have been selected based upon a review and vetting process by its Selection Committee utilizing U.S. Provisional Patent # 62/743,254. The platform generates a numerical score of 1 to 5 for each of the 12 enumerated factors which are meant to recognize the applicant’s achievements and peer recognition. All applicants must be licensed to practice law. Members are then subject to a final review for ethical violations within the past ten years before confirmation of Membership.
