Mr. Towne and Mr. Rhodes-Devey have lectured owners, trainers, track owners and attorneys on various topics surrounding the equine industry at the annual Saratoga Institute on Racing and Gaming Law hosted by the Government Law Center of Albany Law School as well as at other industry conferences and meetings.
Mr. Towne and Mr. Rhodes-Devery have also actively represented a New York State Indian Tribal Council, pursuing gaming and other legal affairs for the Tribe. The Firm’s gaming experience has included matters in both the United States and outside, as well as in New York State.
