John H. Dennis

Mr. John (“Jack”) Dennis is a seasoned CPA and law professional with an illustrious career in both law and accounting. Admitted to practice as an attorney in August of 1972, he achieved another milestone the same month by passing the CPA exam. He honed his skills while working alongside, renowned tax attorney, Louis Lombardi until Mr. Lombardi’s passing. Subsequently, Jack joined Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co., where he excelled in both the audit and tax departments for several years.
In 1977, Jack ventured into his own private practice, establishing his legal and accounting practices in the well-regarded firms of Dennis & Bloch as CPAs and Dennis & Co as a distinguished law practice.
His academic pursuits have been equally impressive, as he earned a BA in Accounting and Economics from Manhattan College. Mr. Dennis also pursued further studies abroad, receiving a Certificate from the prestigious Université de Grenoble in France. While attending Albany Law School, he exhibited exceptional dedication to his education, earning a master’s degree in Accounting from SUNY during his nights.
Throughout his career, John has cultivated expertise in various legal domains, with a primary focus on real estate, taxation, estate planning and business law.
