Michael L. Goldstein

Michael L. Goldstein is a devoted litigator whose practice is focused on Civil Litigation with an emphasis on Municipal Law, Personal Injury Law, Insurance Defense, Vehicle and Traffic Law and Civil Rights Matters. Mr. Goldstein has extensive experience litigating cases in both state and federal court, and brings candid, competent and compassionate representation to his clients.

Born and raised in Albany, NY, Michael graduated from Albany Law School in 2014 and began his career as a litigator in the Albany County Attorney’s Office, where he has served as a lead litigation counsel, defending the county’s legal interests in the complex world of municipal litigation.

In addition to his municipal defense practice, Mr. Goldstein also serves as a general counsel offering effective and practical representation to aide his clients in achieving their long-term legal objectives.

Michael is a fierce proponent of accountability and transparency, as evidenced by his services as Outside General Counsel to the City of Albany Community Police Review Board as well as his service as a member of the New York State Supreme Court Committee on Character and Fitness for the Third Department.

Away from the office, Michael is a baseball enthusiast and lifelong fan of the New York Yankees.
