Controversial Health Care Directives: To Follow or Not To Follow?

Associate John Musacchio recently had the opportunity to write a feature story for the American Nurses Association New York November Newsletter.  The story, Controversial Health Care Directives: To Follow or Not To Follow? (pgs. 13 and 14), provides guidance to help nurses navigate some of the uncomfortable and problematic situations they may encounter with terminally ill patients and other patient directives, enhance their patient care, and protect themselves and their employers from potential liability.
