Governor Cuomo Appoints James T. Towne, Jr. to NYRA Franchise Oversight Board

Albany, N.Y. (October 16, 2013) – Towne, Ryan & Partners, P.C. is pleased to announce that Governor Andrew M. Cuomo has appointed firm principal James T. Towne, Jr. as a member of the New York Racing Association Franchise Oversight Board for a term to expire in 2015.
