ALBANY, N.Y. (April 26, 2021) – TLF Principal Partner and leading hospitality attorney, Christine Taylor presented at the 2021 Spring Campground Owners of New York (CONY) Zone Meetings last week. Christine spoke at each location where the Zone Meetings were held this year, including Schenectady, Auburn, and Batavia, New York.
Ms. Taylor’s presentation, entitled, ‘Don’t be TENTse about Employment Issues,’ covered various topics related to employment that many campground owners are bound to face throughout their business life cycle. From volunteers to independent contractors, and the implications of what an employee really is were all topics that she touched upon throughout her presentation.
Christine, having grown up within the campground industry has a unique insight in which her personal experience running a campground helps her identify hot button legal issues that frequently arise when operating a campground.
The Spring Zone Meetings are set up as shorter versions of CONY’s annual Fall Exposition.
