Towne, Ryan & Partners, P.C. Welcomes Attorney Michael J. Hannah

ALBANY, N.Y. (June 9, 2016) – Towne, Ryan & Partners, P.C., Upstate New York’s largest certified Women-owned Business Enterprise (WBE) law firm, is pleased to announce that Michael J. Hannah has joined the Firm Of Counsel.

Mr. Hannah, a Capital Region native, received his B.B.A. from Siena College before going on to receive his J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University. A practicing attorney for nearly 38 years, Mr. Hannah has also practiced as a Certified Public Accountant as well as a Certified Valuation Analyst. Throughout his career, Mr. Hannah practiced law at several area law firms and CPA firms, and for over 30 years was a principal of the accounting firm of Woodka, Hannah and Associates in Latham.

Mr. Hannah, who will work out of the Firm’s Albany office, will focus his practice in tax and real estate law, including representation of owners, corporations and developers involving both commercial and residential projects. He will also be involved in estate planning and probate.
