$400k Awarded for Employee’s Sexual Harassment

The Court found plaintiff’s claims of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, negligent training and negligent supervision to be uncontested. The judge ultimately granted an award for past economic loss, emotional pain and suffering and punitive damages while ordering that plaintiff’s attorneys’ fees be paid in full.
