Eleanor R. Condelles

Eleanor Condelles focuses her practice in Litigation and Municipal Law.
Ms. Condelles began her path to the legal profession after discovering a passion for advocacy while attending the State University of New York at New Paltz. There, she earned a double major in Sociology and Psychology, with a minor in French, and participated in several community-based advocacy initiatives throughout the Hudson Valley.
Following graduation, Ms. Condelles served as a Program Coordinator for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital Region, where she supported local families by connecting them with resources and facilitating program engagement. Her work with underserved families ultimately inspired her to pursue a career in law.
Ms. Condelles earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Albany Law School. During law school, she was awarded the Catalyst Fellowship and selected for the competitive New York State Pro- Bono Scholars Program. She also served as Managing Editor of Submissions for the Government Law Review, Volume 16, and authored a law review article published in the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review.
Prior to joining The Towne Law Firm, P.C., Ms. Condelles worked as a Staff Attorney in the Housing Unit at Legal Services of the Hudson Valley, where she gained substantial litigation experience representing clients in housing court and administrative proceedings.
As a Capital Region native, Ms. Condelles is thrilled to return to her roots and serve the community she grew up in. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, painting, playing guitar, studying languages, and traveling.
