ENYCAR Holds Manager’s Luncheon, TLF Presenting on Employment & HR topics
Apr 11, 2023ALBANY, NY | Eastern Coalition of New York Automotive Retailers will be hosting its annual Office Manager’s and Staff “Lunch & Learn” for its members on Tuesday April, 18 from 11:00am – 2:00pm. The event will have two educational presentations on current Employment Law issues, Human Resources topics, and Dealership Regulatory Review from The Towne Law Firm’s Christine Taylor and LaBonte Law Group’s Samantha Stanciu, both affiliate members of the organization. Additionally, there will be a presentation from ENYCAR’s program partner, DealerShop.
Christine’s presentation will cover Employment Law and Human Resource topics, including everything from the fundamentals of written handbooks to non-competes and compensation laws and regulations. Managers will learn best practices to have in place in order to seamlessly operate their dealership while mitigating any incidental future liability.
