TLF Welcomes Two New Attorneys to the Team

ALBANY, NY | The Towne Law Firm, P.C. (TLF) is excited to announce the addition of two talented attorneys, Eleanor Condelles and Adrian Scantlebury, to our growing team. Their diverse backgrounds and commitment to client service strengthen our ability to provide trusted counsel across a wide range of practice areas

Attorney Eleanor Condelles joins TLF as an Associate with a focus on Litigation and Municipal Law. A Capital Region native, Eleanor earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Albany Law School, where she was awarded the Catalyst Fellowship, selected for the New York State Pro Bono Scholars Program, and served as Managing Editor of the Government Law Review.

Prior to law school, Eleanor gained hands-on experience supporting local families as Program Coordinator for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital Region. Most recently, she served as a Staff Attorney in the Housing Unit at Legal Services of the Hudson Valley, representing clients in housing court and administrative proceedings. Attorney Adrian Scantlebury brings nearly 20 years of combined international and U.S. legal experience to TLF. A Trinidadian by birth, he practiced in the Caribbean for almost two decades, representing clients in Personal Injury, admiralty, landlord-tenant, condominium, property damage, Business Law, Real Estate, Estate Planning and Probate, family law, and Immigration. Adrian has advised individuals and businesses across the United States, Canada, China, Jordan, and the United Arab Emirates.

After relocating to the U.S., Adrian worked at a leading Insurance Defense Litigation firm where he handled motor vehicle accident, premises liability, defamation, and other civil litigation matters.
