TLF Earns 5th Consecutive Recognition in Albany Business Review’s Best Places to Work 2026!

ALBANY, NY | The Towne Law Firm, P.C. is proud to announce that we’ve been named one of the Best Places to Work in the Capital Region by the Albany Business Review for the fifth year in a row. This award, powered by Quantum Workplace, is based entirely on direct feedback from our employees, which makes it one of the recognitions we value most.

Five consecutive years says something about the culture we’ve built together. We’ve worked to create a place where people have real flexibility, support for their well-being, and room to grow, both professionally and personally. Our “basket of benefits” lets each employee choose the options that fit their life, from tuition reimbursement and childcare support to financial planning services.

That commitment to work-life balance was also recognized earlier this year, when the Capital District Women’s Bar Association presented The Towne Law Firm with the Carol S. Knox Family Friendly Employer Award. From our Little Litigators’ Lair, a space for children when childcare falls through and a private space for nursing staff, to paid maternity leave and vet cost reimbursement for our four-legged family members, we work to support our team at home as much as at the office.

Some of what people tell us they appreciate most are the smaller touches. A monthly stipend helps cover cell phone and home internet costs for staff who work remotely when they need to. Gas cards go out when prices climb. Our monthly spa day drawing comes with paid time off to enjoy it, and our summer fun day brings staff and their families together for a day that has nothing to do with work.

We also continue to invest in mental and physical health through wellness initiatives like yoga sessions and therapy resources, because we believe people do their best work when they feel supported.
