The introduction of new practice areas and welcoming of several new attorneys has strengthened the firm’s capabilities. This elevates the total number of attorneys at the firm to 22, reinforcing TLF’s commitment to delivering exceptional legal services to its clients across a diverse array of practice areas.

Douglas L. Goldman joined the firm as a Partner, marking a pivotal moment as TLF expands its practice areas to include Immigration Law. With over 25 years of experience in this field, Mr. Goldman emerges as a valuable asset for both employers and individuals. Specializing in non-immigrant and immigrant petitions, he facilitates the lawful employment of highly skilled foreign workers while providing comprehensive assistance with family-based immigration, naturalization, citizenship matters, waivers, and appeals.

Additionally, John (“Jack”) Dennis joined our Tax Law team, bringing decades of illustrious experience in both law and accounting. With a remarkable track record in Taxation, Business Law, and Estate Planning, Jack enriches our team with unparalleled expertise. His wealth of experience and dedication to his clients make Jack a valued and sought-after professional in both the legal and accounting communities and a great addition to the TLF team.

Both Claire J. Stratton and Cole H. Stevens initially came to the law firm as law clerks in 2022 and seamlessly transitioned into the role of associates this year. Claire focuses her practice on Hospitality Law, Business Law, Labor and Employment Law, and Litigation. While Cole focuses on Business Law, Hospitality Law, Immigration Law, and Litigation.

Bringing his 34 years of expertise to TLF’s litigation team, Douglas J. Goglia joined the firm as a Partner. Previously, Doug was an Assistant Attorney General with the NYS Attorney General’s Office handling complex litigation matters and regularly trying cases to verdict. At TLF, Doug’s practice spans across Litigation, Business Law, Constitutional Law, Civil Rights Law, Labor and Employment Law, Administrative Law, Election Law, Media Law, Antitrust Law, Trademark and Copyright Law, and Whistleblower Law.

Most recently, John W. Liguori and Mark T. Houston joined TLF as Partners, both bringing highly accomplished litigation skills to the firm. John focuses his practice on Automotive Dealership Law, Municipal Law, Public Housing, and Personal Injury Law. His extensive track record includes the successful handling of numerous negligence defense, civil rights, and personal injury cases in both state and federal courts. Mark brings a distinctive perspective to our team, concentrating on Civil Litigation within Municipal Law, Public Housing, and Personal Injury Law. His experience shines in working with municipal entities, defending cases related to premise liability and civil rights matters.
